Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Wings | This is just TOO EASY!

All the tasty goodness and crispiness of fried chicken wings, but with out all the oil. This is so super easy, only 5 basic ingredients plus what ever flavor you want.

DIRECTIONS:

About 3 lbs of chicken wings. Pieces or whole wings.

About 1 1/2 Tablespoon of flour

About 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Corn Starch

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 Put the chicken wings into a large bowl.

2 Combine the flour and corn starch and sprinkle over the wings

3 Add the salt and pepper to the wings

4 Mix the wings with the other ingredients. If you are going to add any dry seasoning for flavor, this would be a good time to do that.

5 Spread the wings out on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with parchment paper.

6 Place in oven at 250 degrees F. for about 25 minutes if on convection setting. Add about 5 - 10 minutes more for regular setting. use the bottom rack of the oven.

7 After the first 25 minutes, move the wings from the bottom rack to the middle rack and raise the temperature to 400 degrees F for about another 35 minutes. ( for regular setting instead of convection, either change temperature to 425 degrees or add about 10 minutes of time)
